Holidays/Peak Periods - we prefer to look after and accommodate our local clients, we don't take out of town bookings unless you've already been coming to Bimlers during peek periods.

Arrival & Departures
When arriving please have your dog on a lead and your cat in a cage. If someone other than yourself will be collecting your pet, PLEASE leave us permission to release your pet to another person.
We are open everyday from 8 - 10.30am and 4 - 5.30pm. Between times allow us time to care for your pets, the facilities and our own family.
The arrival and departure times are limited to reduce the 'excitement' level some dogs display with the arrival of new people, voices and dogs. To maintain a calming environment for all our guests benefit, we like to prevent from happening as much as possible.

Christmas, New Years, Easter and Other Major Holiday Periods
A 50% non refundable deposit is required by December 3rd on all Christmas and New Year Bookings,
A $10 daily surcharge applies for Statutory Holidays
Holiday periods can be heavily booked well in advance, (many people book a year in advance) so please don't leave your booking till the last minute, as we may be unable to accommodate your pet.
While the Kennel and Cattery will be in full operation caring for your pets we do not take arrivals or departures on the following days:

Pets collected between 4pm and 5.30pm, then the daily rate applies.
We charge a base rate for all pets staying, the difference in rates per dog size equates to the difference in dietary requirements. While some dogs may be medium in height short on leg e.g. corgi's their dietary requirements are more in line with a large dog - we know you'd rather feed your dog a little more than not enough. Likewise an entire male will generally require more than a neutered male of the same breed.
